Very interesting but hilly course. Can be very tight in places. Set amongst the Ronda hills, Los Arqueros is just a short drive from San Pedro de Alcantara and Puerto Banus and has lovely scenic views all the way down to the Mediterranean Sea. This is one of the most tranquil and stunning settings to be found on the coast. Accuracy and direction rather than length are the key factors in producing a good round. The 5874m long par 71 Los Arqueros golf course has three lakes supplied by the nearby Rio Verde.
It was the first Costa del sol course designed by 1997 Ryder Cup captain Seve Ballesteros and opened in 1991, a challenge to all levels of player. Facilities include driving range, practice chipping and putting, saunas, air conditioned squash courts, fully stocked pro shop. The atmosphere at the club is both friendly and welcoming.
